Rooms to go Delivery service (in Houston at least) is horrible. The first time they were supposed to deliver my furniture they gave me a time frame from 7 am - 10 pm.

I left my house for a few minutes because I had things to do and couldn't wait around all day. I left my apartment for a few minutes and they came. They were pissed I wasn't there right then..so they were rude to the people in the office and left. Customer service did nothing to make up for it and scheduled my delivery for a WEEK later.

Round 2: Once again I was told anywhere from 7 am - 10 pm. What a ridiculous time frame. So I decide to stay home this time because I really wanted my furniture. I get a call at 4 saying they would be there in a few minutes.

The guy BARELY spoke english. He had no idea what I was trying to tell him in terms of getting into my apartment garage. He calls me 30 minutes later saying he was there. I go outside and no where to be found.

Another 30 minutes passes by and I'm trying to call this guy to ask him where he is and he doesn't answer his phone. I go outside to try and find him and my furniture is sitting UNATTENDED in my apartment garage!! I find them wandering my apartment complex and they bring the furniture to my apartment. The next day the guy keeps calling me speaking to me in spanish and I'm like why are you calling me?

After a few calls from him he texts me "Sorry row number".

That just shows you how great his english is. Overall horrible experience.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Rooms To Go Cons: Delivery is a joke.
