I had a firm delivery date of 4/18/18, between 2 and 4 pm. When I called to find out why I had no furniture, they said between 6 and 10. They showed up at 8:30 but the HOA would not let them in.

I called and was told the furniture would be delivered at 8 am the next day. I called at 8am and was told my delivery would be from 7 to 11 am.

I called at 11 am and was told my delivery was scheduled for 2-6 pm. Here we go again.

Finally my delivery arrived at 2:20 pm.

The dresser was broken and must be exchanged. This will be done in May.

I had to take an extra day off from work to wait for the delivery and I still do not have my complete bedroom set.

That afternoon I received a call from Rooms to Go asking how I liked my furniture.

I explained that it came a day late, I had to take off from work and the dresser was broken.

I insisted they do something for me. They said they would credit half of the delivery charge once I received the dresser. I said that is not good enough, I want them to credit the entire delivery fee.

They agreed to that but I don't really trust them.

I know they are a big company but they need to get their act together. They need to hire customer service people who actually help the customer instead of saying yes maam one hundred times and doing nothing.
