First our complete order was discontinued & we paid all amounts of money for whole order, they said because we didn’t take delivery 1 month ago, but we explain our house was not ready, they said it’s no problem, nobody call us & tell our furniture discontinued. Manager was impolite.

Of course we cancelled our order, except sleeping sofa.

Today we had delivery sleeping sofa, delivery guy was so rude, because my husband tell him he scratched very bad our door, he answered in Spanish he didn’t care. We been Customers Room to go for 15 years, but not anymore, we will never back to this store ever.

This is horrible to hear and certainly not the experience we expect any of our customers to have! We definitely need to more information on this.
