I was called at least three times prior to my furniture delivery confirming my appointment was between 8:00-12:00 on 15 Mar. Since there was no delivery by noon, I called Customer Service, who informed me I was wrong about my delivery time and told me I had only received one call from them telling me the delivery time was to be between 2:00-6:00 PM.

At 5:00 PM I received a call telling me the delivery would be late, but it would arrive before 8:00 PM. The delivery guys were very nice when they finally arrived.

Two of the dining chairs can't be balanced and the hardware to put the bed together was not in the box. This is the last time I will ever order from RTG.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Rooms To Go Cons: Delivery lies and poor products.
