bought a bed, if mattress sinks I was supposed to be able to exchange it according to sales person, that is a lie, it has been less than 2 years and my mattress is sinking and does not feel right, they have come to my house twice to look at mattress by only taking pictures and not actually feeling the mattress, they will not exchange it.. they lie..

how can someone bring a 2001 cell phone, take picture and make judgement without feeling mattress.. I would like to tell all consumers of room to go to beware, it is easier to land on the moon by a Cessna plane than get your mattress exchanged under warranty..
