We bought an entertainment center and curio cabinet from rooms to go. We were charged separate shipping charges for each piece along with a fuel surcharge.

Other high end furniture stores charge a lot less single shipping fee no matter the number of pieces delivered. The center console of the entertainment center was damaged at delivery. It took a wek for them to bring a replacement. The replacement was damaged upon arrival.

A week later they delivered another replacement piece that was also damaged and unacceptable. A week later they delivered a third replacement that we had to swap pieces from the original piece to make it acceptable. This was the worst furniture shopping experience of our lives.

The quality and service is the worst of any furniture we have shopped. We will never set foot into another Rooms-To-Go store and are advising all we meet to steer clear.
