I purchased a rug on July 7 2015 and after 3 weeks I called several times to get to the bottom of what happened. They had the wrong address, which I spelled for the sales person, and they said they would take care of it.
Now it's Aug. 25 and still no rug no correspondence from Rooms to Go. I tried the chat line and they said they did sales only. I was to go to email@example.com .
I was just wondering is this normal with Rooms to Go? Is there some sort of compensation for my inconvenience because of this.
I think some one realy dropped the ball on this one.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $267.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Rooms To Go Pros: Were feindly and helpfull.
