I usually don't post on these sites...but this time it is justified I believe! The first time that I bought furniture at Rooms to Go they lost the paperwork for my financing no less than three times.

I had to go in and "reapply" for credit that had already been issued to me three times before they finally straightened it out and sent us a bill. The second time I bought furniture there (against my better judgement) they delivered me a cracked footboard. Then, they rescheduled a redelivery no less than a week later and, even though they were supposed to call me 45 minutes before they arrived, they didn't and when they came, I was not home and missed them. They were unable to reschedule delivery for another ten days!!

AHHH! SOOOO frustrating!!

Monetary Loss: $800.
