I like to write to you about the item I bought from RTG store cross from Nebraska Furniture store. We bought 2 recliners dining table and rug total of $1761.33.

we tested both recliner at the store sat on it and try it out one of the recliners feels like made for the little kid and does not have depth like the other recliner have. We asked for exchange with something that be more comfortable. Unfortunately, we got lots of run around. Telling us to call this and that person nothing resolves from our situation.

Finally, the last person I talked to he said once the item in your house they could not take it back. Boy I wish I had his name and location.

Anyway if that is how you treat your customers let it be but I will do anything in my power to talk all my friends and family to stay away from RTG. I wish we went cross the street to Nebraska Furniture and we would not have this conversation today.

Reason of review: not what we sat on at the store.

I bought a hide-a-bed at the Rooms to Go in Plano. The salesman was very nice.

But did not explain the return policy until get tried to get them to take it back because it was not like the one we bought.

The couch that was delivered was the most uncomfortable piece of garbage I have EVER sat on. The day they delivered it we went back to Rooms to go and wanted to return it. They said it was a state law that they could not take it back. I was really upset about that.

A couple of weeks later I was in another furniture and bought a recliner and they told me if I did not like it I could return it within 3 days. That made me more furious at RTG.

I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER, EVER, shop at RTG again. And my advice to everyone else go to Stacy Furniture they treat you right.

We have already been in contact with your Customer Service Department and they WERE NO HELP AT ALL. I suggest you change you in store policy about returning furniture.
