We purchased a sofa which was really very stinky.. and we were told that we will not get our money refunded so we had to buy something else..

We purchased a bed and were supposed to receive 107 dollars back into my rooms to go credit card account.. but we got only 62 dollars.

When we call the customer care of rooms to go.. they say go to the store of rooms to go.. when we go to store.. they say call the bank.. when we call the bank.. they say that we got request for only partial amount. Now we are stuck in between both of them.. and no one is ready to credit the amount to us....

Rooms to go has actually just eaten up my money.. and making us feel like i am begging for my own money...

This is the worst customer experience i have ever faced in my whole life...

I suggest everyone not to get trapped into a deal.. because its going to be a pathetic piece delivered to home .. and definately not opening a credit card thru rooms to go.. because later they will tell u that they have nothing to do with their own rooms to go credit card...
