Waited for a 7:30pm dining room set delivery on New Year's Eve. Table and 2 chairs came damaged.
Delivery men said RTG would call me in the morning to reschedule a new set delivery. No one called. So I called next day for replacement. No response.
Ruined my New Year's Day celebration. Finally, store manager referred me to customer service.
More hassles to set up new delivery date because "schedule is full." A week later, no delivery; although they advertise "next day delivery." No apologies, no compensation, and not a happy consumer. Obviously, their job is to sell products and customer satisfaction is not a priority.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
