I ordered a couch online, it was delivered with a rip in the fabric. I called customer service and they set up a delivery day to replace it which meant another day sitting around waiting.

The new couch was delivered with the same rip !!!! Now the best they can do is give me another day to wait around. They will not make my delivery a priority so another two weeks with a ripped couch .

Don't understand why they would load a defective couch on a delivery truck in the first place or right thier wrong in a timely fashion. Worst customer service i've ever had !!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
