I had my entire son's bedroom furniture delivered yesterday (bed, chest, nightstand, desk and hutch). The desk was damaged.
The delivery person told me that RTG would call in 20 minutes to reschedule. An hour went by and I called. They apologized and said I would be called tomorrow (ie - today) for a replacement piece on Thursday. Well, the call came today, but not for a tomorrow delivery, but for a next week delivery.
I was told they schedule things a week out and for other people to get their furniture on time this week, I would have to wait at the back of the line for next week. They have no policy to address broken furniture with any urgency.
They sure got my money on time. I will await another week and see what happens.
