i have had my sofa set for 2 years.Got it from Rooms to Go very disappointed with it.Cushions are all flat in different places you either sink in or you are sitting high on one end,For a2yr. old couch this is not right,It was not a cheap set and we are not rich people who can replace every 2 yrs.

Rooms to Go tells us it is now our problem, they said to call a furniture maker come in and fix it.That is no way to conduct business.

All they would have to do is replace cushions. I would not recommend either Rooms to Go or Cindy Crawford furniture to anyone.I have never done anything like this before but i am really upset..

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately the one year warranty has expired however we can certainly provide you with the ordering information to purchase new cushions. Would you be able to send us your order info to Tellus@Roomstogo.com?
