I would say that once Rooms to go has got your money, you have no control on the quality of service you will get. I have confirmation on email that i will get my refund after returning the bad furniture but never received my refund.
Have sent tons of emails but with no outcome.
I feel so helpless at this point because I have no other choice than going to a court and sue this bad company. Is there anyone who can help me with an alternate solution to get my refund?
