I have purchase a new living room set with leather sofa's. I received living room furniture that's suede. I'm trying to contact my salesperson Patrick Ruffin, who I called on Saturday Nov. 9th around 3:30 pm. He called back and said he would be getting back to me. It's Monday 1:06 pm and I have not received a call.

I did call around 11:00 and left him a message.

I'm still waiting on a return call. The movers that delivered the furniture chipped the coffee table and I called and spoke with customer service who said a new table would be delivered on Sat. Nov. 23rd. Waiting on Patrick Ruffin, return call.
