Two years ago I bought a sofa, two chairs and a davenport from rooms to go. I understand that my warranty is up.
However when the fabric used in their construction starts breaking down and leaving piles of black dust I don't see how this is a wear or warranty issue. The fabric is located on the bottom of the chairs so I can't even sit there to create wear. Because of the quality of the fabric it's decomposing or breaking down. This goes beyond any warranty issue.
I have tried to contact rooms to go and even brought a cushion into the store. The manager said there was nothing they could do. One gave me a email address to send photos and I was told I would get a response in one to two days.
After six I called again and found out the email address did not apply for my issues. Spend a little extra and get quality construction.
