Great sales people...Ordered 3 rooms of furniture. Bedroom, mirror was replaced, damaged wood frame.

Dining room, had to take apart chairs to remove plastic covers. Living room, Had to replace one end table and coffee table was damaged. All tables came in boxes, assembly required. Contacted sales person and told him if I had wanted do it yourself furniture I would have gone to Wal-Mart and paid a lot less!

The 2 lamps were not in warehouse. It ONLY took 38 days to get the lamps! After 4 delivered coffee tables I went to the retail store and exchanged the 4th delivered coffee table for one on the floor. All I got was "sorry".

No compensation was offered and the customer service people could care less.
