I purchased a king size bedroom set on 1/04/21. I had to wait until 2/16 to have the item delivered.

Needless to say, the delivery people left a box of items, that go to the bed, behind. I have had to call Rooms to go, over three times, just to get them to resend the deliver people so they can put the items they left in the box on my bed.

I am really upset that I have to wait this long. Please help!

I also had a similar experience with a pair of leather couches. In my case it was a couch and matching love seat.

Over about a 5 yr period I started finding little pieces of black fabric on the floor. I didn't think much about it for quite awhile and then one day vacuuming my couch I noticed that the black fabric was coming from my couch between the cushions. This was sold as a 100% leather couch set. I was told to determine whether or not a couch is all leather is by the smaller seams along the back and sides.

This describes my couch. Nothing was said about the materiel between the cushions.

Needless to say, this was not leather. It was fabric.

My China cabinet is supposed to be replaced because it's damaged and has the wrong doors on it. The left door of my hutch is supposed to be replaced. You all ordered the door it came in

Fortegra warranty worthless- scammed by rooms to go

The salesman promised that basically anything was covered by this warranty other than nail polish. We believed him and after reading the contract it seemed to be accurate. Weve had the couch for almost a year and it has had food and drinks stains that we have cleaned up with the rooms to go cleaner. The cleaner has left a residue and once we submit pictures they denied the claim saying that it was accumulation. This is a joke. This is from using their cleaner to clean the couch. They promised that they would have it cleaned and would honor replacing anything that couldnt be cleaned. Dont waste your money buying a warranty from rooms to go! They train the salesman to be liars apparently.

User's recommendation: Don’t purchase from rooms to go, definitely don’t purchase the warranty.

Poor quality service

So my mattress I had bought the cover that protect the mattress. That didnt work. We are buying poor quality cover for our mattress I had a stain when my daughter was small. They tell me that will cause the spring to fail. I had spoken to your floor supervisor foshanda. She need more training how the spring work

Horrible customer service

Spent $3500 dollars on recliner sofa 1 year old recliner dont work 2 months for a service tech to come out and see if it was plugged in He disconnected sectional before he left now not together After a month and a half waiting for parts just informed us there back ordered another 2 months possibly Very rude customer service on phone and also tech who came to house

User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from rooms to go they do not care about customer once they have your money.

Bad delivery

Rooms to Go initially forgot my nightstand when my furniture was delivered. It took 3 weeks, but they were supposed to deliver today between 3p-7p. I then get a phone call they moved the time to 6p-10- I then get a text they will be at my house in 21 minutes. I then get a call from the dispatch people that they would deliver Wednesday. We got cut off then, and she didn't even call me back. Not only that, but I sat at home all afternoon and evening on Saturday waiting for them. I called and requested a refund because I don't want to deal with them anymore. I was delivery #16, and I tracked them, and they went from 15 to 17 and skipped me. No excuse

User's recommendation: I don't recommend Rooms to Go.

Delivered item
