In 2015 I purchased an $1,100 bed from my local Rooms To Go store. A little while after that you needed a push to roll over the bed was so dented.I was told to go back to the store and pick out a bed of equal or greater value.so now I pay another $500 to upgrade my defective bed. Except the new bed comes and they put it on the old box springs. Being salesman insisted they were only swapping the mattress not the box springs. Forgive me but after spending that kind of money I would like matching boxspring and mattress set. 6 months later the same thing happens so now I'm up to $1,900 bed from my original $1,100 purchase. With Miss matched box springs. Here we go again 1/3 defective bed, Stearns & Foster. Still have mismatched box springs and was told they were going to bring me the exact same make and model bed on November 17th. I really don't want to keep playing the bed swap game. A brand new bed what dips ended after 6 months is unacceptable. I know I will be calling again and another 6 months. Either they're selling factory seconds, or the beds are someone else's returns that they recover. I would have never walked into the store and spent over $2,000 on a bed.I was just sure that I would love the $1,100 bed, which was more than I was willing to spend but I wanted a decent bed and I was told it was,just like the other three times my bed was exchanged for a decent bed. Now I'm stuck. I'm going to get the same matches delivered on old box springs that don't match the set and there's nothing I can do about it. Just consumer is an understatement!

Its been about 3 months since I originally posted this. since then Rooms to Go has made an attempt to rectify the situation. Shortly after this post and after sending an email to tellus@roomstogo.com I receive a response and they sent techs to my home to take pictures...

I am experiencing ALL of this! My claims have all been denied. Some for unknown reasons, others for what they consider "normal wear and tear". What the most frustrating though, is that they push you to buy this piece-of-crap warranty and basically lie to you, if they're later going to retract everything they said in order to convince you to buy it in the first place. It's certainly not wear and tear, not intentional and, certainly, not an imaginary issue. Absolutely ridiculous! Definitely NOT worth purchasing the additional insurance! Big let down Rooms to Go. I don't think I will ever buy anything form you again!

Do not bother to purchase any leather furniture from rooms to go

I was told I was buying leather sofas they lied in less than 1 year the leather was peeling off do not buy anything from these people because they are liars wasted my money and I will never buy anything from rooms to go again.

Sectional peeling, this is an update to a post earlier in the year. I have attached pictures showing the horrible peeling of my beautiful sectional. There were 2 recliners that were electrical and the furniture was beautiful but look at it now. All upholsterers want to charge $2,000+, I might as well buy a new one. Do not buy any furniture if it says "blended leather" from any retailer, it is not real leather!!! Salespeople should tell the truth to customers and not lie about furniture being genuine leather when it is not!! I am truly pissed!

Do not buy from rooms to go

Bought a recliner, love seat, and sofa from rooms to go with extended warranty. the salesman said the extended warranty cover everything that happens to the furniture....well i can tell you from experience that the zipper broke on the love seat bottom, so i called to get it fixed........they don't cover that. They proceeded to tell me it was normal wear and tear. A zipper breaking is not normal wear and tear. They lie to sell their merchandise, then after it's sold they don't care about you or your purchases. they already have their money. i strongly suggest people stay away from rooms to go!!!

Purchased recliner slate color, weeks later delivery, pre notified phone and tex excessive times.Red delivered, slate ordered. Del iivery staff took picture ,wrote report. A staff called to ask if delivery went well. Told her wrong color. Asked for discount. I was told staff would contact me. 12 days later no call back. I sent tex and fax. I called12th day. Sales assoc, no longer works there, chair no longer being sold there. Spoke to 3 staff, lastly Carlos who over talked me in patronizing tones. Offered 10 percent off. Wow how professional and magnanimous..Overall a very disappointing exprtience. I intend to stay far from Rooms to go and intend to let all who will listen know of this unprofessional company and workers.

The couch fabric quality is horrible the the look of one of the pieces after only 3 month is unacceptable. It look like and old couch .
