I purchased a couch from them and was set to pick it up on the 30th. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to get it on the 30th.

I called the next day that morning to see when I could pick it up and they told me my couch had been sold to someone else since I did not pick it up on my pick up date. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was rude and was yelling at me and my mother and told me it was my fault that I did not pick it up on my scheduled date. Will not be shopping here ever again. Oh..

and lets not forget that the couch I purchased is no longer being made. Thank You Rooms to Go!
