I am waiting for Room to go customer service to open on Monday.We purchased a cindy crawford leather couchs and in less than a year, we noticed patches of discolorations!!..

wth??..

no kids, just regular useage.Im shocked at this!!

We are having the identical problem with a brown 'leather' power recliner that my partner bought. Filed a claim with RTG, and an 'inspector' (with no credentials) came to the house. He looked at the faded spots, took a picture, and said the problem probably isn't covered by any product warranty OR the fabric protection plan, which we had purchased along with the chair. Subsequently got a call from a female stating the fading isn't covered, and there is nothing they can do. I separately purchased a dove gray 'leather' power recliner at the same time, and now the padding in the arms and part of the back section are no longer firm and needs to be replaced. Had the 'inspector' do my chair, too, with the same result. We have bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture at RTG and are extremely dissatisfied with them.
