Rooms to go closed my account that had been open for 7 years, with not a payment missed, ever, and did not notify me at all, until I tried to buy some more furniture. They said Citibank is doing this a lot, and they are not required to notify the customers.
Rooms to go is getting very bad in their customer service and no one could explain to me why this was done, or even an apology. I am on my way to look for the same dining room table and china cabinet at a different store. Will not be purchasing anything from Rooms to go.
