The schedule for delivering Not reliable at all, they show up out of the time frame, if they do. Never ever buy there, they have to learn a lot from the their competitors... Big shoes to fill

I made an appointment on October 11 for a service rep to come visit my home for October 19. I am a working person so I arranged to be off only to realize upon calling for confirmation that I was scheduled 2wks later instead. The cust service rep said there was absolutely no way that I can get a service person on October 19. Im annoyed cause I took a day from work that's now unproductive.
