My husband and I purchased an entire room set from Rooms to Go in 07/2011. We were told by the salesman that the bonded leather was durable.

Fast forward 4 years and my couch and loveseat are hideous. They are cracked and peeling. We find pieces of it everywhere. It is an embarrassment.

I contacted RTG and after several emails and pictures was told RTG would give me $425 store credit only. I have made it known that I would like a refund of the price of the couch and loveseat (not the entire living room set) but have not heard back from them. Plus, RTG wants the furniture back.

I would love for them to come get it, but my fear here is that RTG will recover them and sell them again to an unsuspecting consumer.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
