I just had the worst experience with them ever!!! I want told the time of the delivery, wasn't able to reach them to get that info either: no answer on my email, on hold for 30 min.
When I decided I don't want to wait 48 hours to reschedule delivery, and wait for another week or so my bed is delivered, I had to lose money, as they do not return delivery cost if you not calling them 3 days in advance. When they supposed to call 2 days in advance and confirm the delivery time, which was never done!
Worst customer service ever! Would NEVER buy from them!!!!
