Rooms to go has the worst customer service after the sale of any company I've ever seen. We bought a living room suite and a bedroom suite.

When delivered they broke a piece. Took them a month to bring a new one. It was warped. Told me it was fine and they wouldn't replace it.

6 months later my recliner in my couch broke. Took 2 months to get someone to look at it. Then they say it's from wear and tear. It's just a few months, it's not from wear and tear.

They stated they will not fix or replace the couch.

I would never buy another product or refer anyone to this company. Their customer service is always rude and unwilling to work with the customer.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
