We purchased a coach and a recliner on 8/18/15 waited till Oct 9 for delivery - both had problems . They set up a date to have them replaced on Oct 23 - 3 delivery men showed up these were in worst shape then the ones we had so we told them to take them back .
Very poor quality service and the warehouse staff doesn't care how they handle the furniture - they do the damage at the warehouse - then wrap the damaged furniture to be delivered to customer . Beside a waste of my time I had to take 2 days off from work with no pay . We will be dealing with the Corporate Customer service office on Monday . We want new furniture and to be compensated form lost income for 2 days of work sitting home waiting for delivery of damaged furniture...
,if not what we want they can take back their furniture , Maybe we should have known better we had a similar problem about 20 years ago - bought what we were told was all leather furniture - but there was a tare on the backside and we saw it was man made plastic material . After a few weeks of dealing with customer service and stopping credit card payment - they took back the furniture .We figured over the years they may have have gotten better but no still the same poor quality service .
