I purchased a couch from Rooms to Go and only after one week being used it broke. The wood frame is broke as well as arm frame.

I called them and rooms to go sent out a tech to see if couch could be fix. The tech told me that no way could it be fixed. He said they would replace couch with store credit because couch has already been discontinued just after 6 months. So then I get a phone call from claims department, they said oh the couch can be fixed and they will send out anothet tech.

Well I won"t hold my breath for that to happen.

I guess if they dont like what the tech has to say then they will just send out another one.... That Poor customer service !!
