I have purchased over $15,000 with this company last purchase was a living room set 4 months after warranty the springs on the recliner broke and the cable bait holder depart by date call me since he was out of warranty I will have to pay for the repairs and I agree to it no parts 11 months no repairs, parts were never order now they have to order the parts and offer to fix the repairs for free at this point I don't believe the parts will ever get here I don't believe we ever get it fixed

Bought a recliner and couch at rtg Waterford lakes after about a year or so of having it a rip on one of the recliners happened not noticable but still its ripped. Upon purchase i was told that if i bought the warranty any accidental or aging damages would be covered for 3yrs..i made a claim with fortegra and the denied it because seam rips aren't covered. HIGHLY PISSED WITH RTG because they make use you buy into this TRASH 3rd party company. They should have better warranty on their name brand furniture. Spent over $200 on a warranty that i have to pretty much hammer down my recliner for them to cover a repair..

Bought a couch and two chairs. Was told by the salesman the sofa was microfiber. I was skeptical but figured he new what he was talking about. It’s not. I bought insurance for the accent chairs. Both chairs got stains at different times. The stuff they gave to clean it doesn’t work. They sent a technician to clean it. Turns out the chairs aren’t treated and they didn’t tell me they will only come once to clean the chair and replace it once.

I 100% agree that rooms to go is a shady business and their warranty is useless. We purchased several pieces about 5 months ago, because the salesperson specifically told us the "warranty covers accidental pet stains".

Well, that was the selling point for us because we have pets. So of course when the new sectional arrived our elderly kitty was not happy and she let us know by urinating on one of the pieces. I called rtg and was told we had to go through the proper channels and first have Fortegra come and clean it. OK, that makes sense.

We agreed, and 3 weeks later they came and cleaned the stain. The odor is still in the piece, and long story short, the store manager is now telling me that "stains don't include odors". Are you kidding me- a stain is a stain. You shouldn't have to SEE it to know it's there, and the sales person never specified the warranty only covering things you can see.

After getting nowhere with several employees (who all gave slightly different versions of the warranty coverage, by the way) we are now left with a new piece that reeks of cat urine, and a completely useless warranty. I will never shop there again, because once they have your money, their tune completely changes and they refuse to make good on their falsely advertised warranties. This is a company that had 2.2 BILLION in revenue in 2017. You'd think they could absorb a few hundred bucks to keep their customer happy, rather than lose them and then get this poor review online.

That's Billion with a B. I worked retail management for years and this is not how to keep customers happy.

WE purched a $3000 Cindy Crawford leather sectional. Have always had leather and gave prior leather furniture to friends or family.

It was in great shape after at least 6 to 8 years. We have had this set about 3 years and I am embarrassedfor anyone to see it! Only 2 of us and we each sit in recliners a lot at each end as we did with our other sets. The burgandy coloring has rubbed off in big spots on each one?

Seems like these warranties and protection plans offered by Rooms To Go are just a way to get additional money from hard working customers for low quality products. What are customers paying for if Rooms To Go is not honoring these warranties?

And we customers wouldn't need to buy additional warranties if Rooms To Go products were quality anyway. Why the heck are they wasting their customer's time sending service technicians out when this company knows up front they won't fix the problems?
