I made the mistake of buying a poor quality sofa. A few weeks in my sofa's frame brakes.

Keep in mind we rarely use this sofa. A few months go by and it brakes again. Twice while in warranty they "fixed it." It happens again and now they tell me it's too late to replace the sofa because it's not in warranty. This issue should have been resolved at least the second time they were called in.

They prolonged the issue so that they wouldn't have to replace it.

I have been in furniture sales and this is poor customer service. I have canceled my card.
