The sales guys in the store in Durham were really pushy and annoying. Their offers are very inflexible.
After you purchase, pay in advance and set a delivery date, it is very likely your furniture is all of the sudden discontinued or out of stock, but nobody will call you to let you know. And then good luck finding help with customer service or the sales guy. As soon as they get their commission, nobody cares about you. And definitely no other sales person.
One sales guy at the Durham store told us that he really doesn't want to deal with our problem (discontinued sofa) because he doesn't get the commission since we have already purchased with another sales guy. He left us standing in the store by ourselves.
They are not interested to find a good solution for your problem. Now, we are waiting to get our money back.
