Salesman lied about return.I purchased a mattress at rooms to go. The salesman distinctly told me I could return it if my son who flew in from Thailand was not happy with it.

He requires a very firm mattress due to his illness. Within 24 hours we knew that mattress would not work. I called the store and they have a zero return policy. He double sold me on mattress pad and encasement.

Neither have been opened. I’m out $1000 and no mattress since he cannot use the one they delivered which is very poor quality.
