i bought a bed online. easy peasy.

know that when they say they will give you a four hour delivery window that that is a complete lie. it says they'll call the day before to tell you what their delivery time will be and when i got that call it said 7am-10pm. i had to take an entire day off work when i thought i was just going to take a few hours off. asked for my delivery fee refunded and they said it's a third party delivery service.

which made a lot of sense because they weren't professional at all. jeans and a dirty tshirt, not even a rooms to go polo or something. they cursed in front of me, the bad ones, not ***, and the one kept singing aloud. they also went to wrong house first, but i heard the big truck and went outside.

the bed is great but after the shipping nightmare from start to finish i'll never shop here again. it's not worth it. i rather just pay a little more and get professional service. i guess you get what you pay for.

no where on the website when your checking out is there a disclaimer that says it might be something other than the four hour window. i added a screen shot of that. in the fine print before that page it says nothing about shipping. but i learned something interesting, if you have to sue them when you buy online you wave your right to a law suit and to have your case heard by an arbitrator that they provide.

so an arbitrator that works for them will decide your compensation if something you buy for them breaks and injures you and it's there fault. if it's the case of class action law suit you wave your rights to that entirely.

the fine print smh. bad company.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: i want my delivery fee refunded.

Rooms To Go Pros: Cheap bed.

Rooms To Go Cons: Waiting ten and a half hours for delivery and bad customer srv.

i tried that first and they gave me a we're sorry for your experience but we're not giving you a refund or any kind of recompense. but i will try one more time and post on here how it goes.

So got an email back from “customer service”, lmao at that term. Going to try and attach the screenshot.

They basically said I was informed the day before that instead of a four hour delivery window (which was what was written in website, no where mentioned on site even in fine print that that was a possibility) I was getting a fifteen hour window. No refund on delivery fee which is all I asked for since they didn’t provide the service I paid for.

Going to contact them today and ask for arbitration since ur not “allowed” to sue, also in fine print. Will never EVER buy from them again!
