We bought a Cindy Crawford sofa from Rooms to Go. it starting splitting and the leather peeling away.

Contacted them and they said 1 year warranty. It is our vacation home that probably we use a total of 3 months a year and DO NOT rent out. Basically they said too bad. Then contacted the manufacturer and they said they would send a repair man.

After a few weeks we were informed in could not be repaired so too bad for us. What a rip off. Then after much searching found a Cindy Crawford website. I posted my inquiry and then it came up it would be reviewed before it is posted and it never showed up.

I expected better from a celebrity and the company. Any suggestions

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $900.
