What a piece of ___ company! We ordered a bedroom set in November before thanks giving and the order still isn't complete. The store was nice enough and the salesman was very nice, but if they only knew the back end of their company, I wonder if they'd work there? When the order finally was ready, I was told it would ship at 3 different times because of availability and back orders. The first order arrived 2 weeks after the order at 5 minutes... Read more

Have had the most horrible customer service experience ever. First off the bedroom set was backordered a month finally delivered in December. The people they hire to deliver were rude and made a mess and left the bed room set not adjusted properly, no support which cause broken slats. They sent out repair people but someone scratched my wood floor and no one wants to do anything about it.

We purchased the Cindy Crawford, "Crosby Street" feather sectional in May of 2015. I didn't realize that I was buying a hazardous couch until the first time I sat on it in my living-room. The feathers protrude through the fabric and poke you all over. If we continue to pull out the feathers we will not have a couch to sit on soon. I thought I was going to be the only one with this particular problem but now I noticed others are having the same issues with Rooms To Go Furniture. I am going to the store on Monday. Purchased it from rooms to go and all pilled out and they won't do any thing. They don't have good customer service. My friend also have same problem. what should we do? we saved the money to purchase it. We had really good sofa set before and used it for 22 years. Never had a problem. Only 1/2 of my sectional arrived! I had to wait for over 30 days for the arrival of a 2pc sectional. All kinds of calls to let me know they would be coming. But no phone calls regarding the fact they only had half of sectional. No one called to tell me that. When I called they told me it would be another 2 weeks. No customer service! I finally had to call them and complain. Finally got other half in a few days. They don't care!! Read more

BEWARE of Rooms to Go. This multi-million dollar company will sell you bonded leather furniture and tout it as strong and durable ...then it starts puffing up and peeling and they will refuse to stand behind the products they sell. We spend over $2000 4 years ago and the sofa started peeling in two places about a year ago. Do not purchase a blended leather couch from Rooms to go! The polyurethane blend is what was used on my couch and it is peeling so bad after only two years! I will say though, rooms to go representative victor vega worked with me and gave me a $988 credit for another couch. I did purchase the extended coverage, so that gave me sufficient protection.
