Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! Third living room set and still not happy. First one stuffing fibers poking through super uncomfortable to sit on and super noticible. Second delivery couch was damaged before delivery, third delivery no mattress in sleeper couch and then was told it was my fault because I should of known to take the original mattress out. I like to write to you about the item I bought from RTG store cross from Nebraska Furniture store. We bought 2 recliners dining table and rug total of $1761.33. we tested both recliner at the store sat on it and try it out one of the recliners feels like made for the little kid and does not have depth like the other recliner have. October of 2014 I made a purchase of a power reclining sofa and stationary loveseat from Rooms to Go. 2 Months into it the back of the couch was flat and I could feel a board going across my lower back. And the coffee table isnt real wood...and the plastic coating that looks lime wood started lifting up. Called them. Rude customer service people. Tech came out..tried to over stuff it which made it lumpy and glued the table..still could see it.... Read more

We purchase a Cindy Crawford supposed leather sectional. We have had it 2 years now and it is just my husband and I. What we thought was leather is now peeling off like very thin sheets of wall paper from the place where we place our heads on the recliners. Poor customer service,hidden fees. Sales person Dwayne has no idea how finalize a transaction. Manager Rose is as useless as the sales person. Do yourself a favor and shop much better prices and free delivery. Rooms to Go charged me two delivery fees. Not recommended. I will never shop there again.

the seller lied saying was gonna be zero percent interest on purchase for six months the final sales receipt explains nothing when I have the bank statement it shows 29.99% is my interest

I too had a very bad experience with ROOM TO GO, dallas Texas. They delivered my furniture end of day, one was nice the other had no care . My husband helped the nice one bc we were just wanting it done. One of the drivers actually peed outside by the RTG truck, I saw this bc I was going to tell him to come help , but after I saw that I was done. Purchased 2 rooms of furniture early November. I communicated to the sales rep that I needed all pieces delivered by an end of the month deadline. I went through a long process of selecting a preference based specifically on the availability of the product. Did I get my 1st choice furniture sets? No. Did I meet my deadline? My husband and I found a lovely sectional which we actually purchased and were happily waiting to be delivered in a week in a half. After we got home from making our purchase I noticed that our sales person (Paul) had charged us for a 3 year warranty on the sectional and ottoman.
