Dear Rooms to Go, Not only did y0u fail to deliver my sofa in proper working order the first time, you failed a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time. Well guess what, there will not be a 5th.
The customre service is pathetic and your company seems to not cair about anything dealing with customer satisfaction. I paid entirely too much for this sofa and give up too much of my personal time waiting for something you continue to fail to deliver and I refuse to do it any longer.
If I had my own truck, I would throw it back out at your delivery warehouse parking lot and be done. I can only hope to continue posting your failure on other socail media areas for all to read and hope when it comes time for someone looking for furniture, they look somewhere else.
