Service center if called, gives a different story every time you call. Furniture delivered 8 hours after promised.
When furniture delivered, it was damaged and had to be sent back. This happened in two separate occasions. After calling the call center and being transferred to two different supervisors and being disconnected twice they finally resolved initial issue only to have above problem. This the second time I have had this issue with rooms to go.
I thought the first time to be bad luck, but apparently this how this company operates.
Delayed deliveries of damaged goods, and long waits between corrections.
Monetary Loss: $500.
