We purchased a leather couch in Nov 2015. In Oct of 2016 it was wearing in one spot and rtg tried to replace it 4 times with wach of those deliveries having damaged products (even with special red glove attention).

Finally returned the couch after customer service said they would no longer assisy me since i refused the other 4 deliveries. The sales person help us select another style which was delivered with the back having a cut. Called customer service and was told they would order a replacemwnt part. After 115 days I received nothing.

Customer service ordered a full replacement. When that was delivered, the whole end panel was crushed in.

After calling customer service they told me to go get my money back or try again. Im done dealing with rtg.
