Bought king mattress set, leather sofa, leather chair 3800.00. sat in sofa total two hours.

arm stays depressed and will not return to original shape. customer service sent tech to inspect. tech told customer was defective could not repair. wrote different report it was "normal wear".

CS said will replace with new. when delivery came hour late they had a very old worn sofa and stained pillows. we declined replacement. CS said would send another 2nd time same thing happened.

waiting now on 3rd. CS said they will replace when pressed to promise a brand new sofa she finally said she promised to send a brand new but could not control the warehouse.
