Ordered a recliner from rooms to go from a rude an unfriendly sales person a couple of days ago. She calls us the next day and said she gave us the wrong price and ordered the wrong chair that we needed to come and give her another 150.00 so she can order the right one.

I said no you can order the chair and give it to me for the agreed upon price. They refused so i canceled and went to another rooms to go to get my deposit refunded. What do you know their employees are rude too. They pounce on u the moment you walk in.

As soon as i tell them im not buying anything and i want a refund they act like you are not important. Very bad costumer service.
