I bought a room full of furniture, $2,800. It was delivered right on time.
I called 2 days later to say I need to return one of the side tables, as I don't have room for it, probably an item worth $100 (hard to know since they lump everything together, "4 items for xxx") I was told WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I should have known when I had to sign so many disclaimers, including "I understand I have 48 hours to cancel my order." What legitimate business does not accept returns? I had been thinking about buying furniture for my vacation home from them, but no way now. Salesman very nice, but terrible company.
They are crooks.
Reason of review: won't take return of 1 item out of a multiple item order.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Rooms To Go Cons: No refunds policy.
