Rooms To Go - Wood floors damaged during delivery
Delivery personal did not use any drop cloth to protect my new wood floor and scratched the floor in several places. I sent photos and explained what happened and my claim was denied , no one from the company ever came to the house to see the scratches in person .
I did not even receive any written notice of the claim , I had to continue to contact them by email and was given that information in that manner.
I requested the information in writing by mail and have yet to receive it. Although they had no problem charging major delivery fees, per piece to same address
