I purchased an entertainment center and twice the center console was delivered damaged.It is scheduled for a third delivery (in another 2 weeks).

My call to customer service and to the Gallatin Rd. store in Nashville were both treated in a ho hum manner. I will personally never make another purchase at Rooms To Go. After they get your money, they don't care what happens.

I offered to keep the damaged unit if they would refund $200. That would have saved everyone time and money. The most customer service would do is $100.

I refused.We'll see what happens with the third delivery.
